About the role

Your responsibilities are, but not limited to :

AP Invoices

Some invoices are processed via purchase order system (need to match)

Shipping invoices will be manually verified and entered 2 places in coordination with the shipping department.

Import True ship cost, calculate variances, and enter main invoices.

Prepare and import USPS True Ship Cost and report and communicate variances with shipping.

True Value Shipping Bill prepared and sent

Skills and Experience

At least 1 to 2 years of AP experience

Must have experience with Purchasing invoices and regular invoice

A little bit of GL knowledge is nice
