A Data Center Company is looking for a Chief of Staff / Project Manager for the Market Strategy Insights organization. This individual, report directly to the head of the function, will be responsible for enhancing the productivity of the global leadership team through by providing facilitative, administrative, and operational support.
Through the development and orchestration of process and work flow improvements, this individual will help to streamline and simplify the decision-
making process. S / he will partner closely with department leader on a daily basis and also manage the execution of projects and tasks across all facets of business operations, including day-
to-day management, special initiatives, and oversight of deadlines. This position requires tactical agility and consulting skills with a strong bias towards delivery.
Plan and facilitate delivery of the bi-weekly, monthly, all-hands and semi-annual / annual staff face-to-face meetings.
Schedule meetings, design agendas, coordinate content preparation and facilitate discussion, and follow up on action items
Work across sub-teams and to ensure proper setting, managing and tracking of objectives, defining specific outcome-based goals and accurate reporting on recurring basis
Drive the team’s quarterly priority setting process, work across the staff members to define objective performance metrics for each priority, establish a bi-
weekly scorecard report, and facilitate periodic progress and status reviews
Work with team leads to manage and reconcile monthly and quarterly actuals to operating budgets
Ensure strong meeting practices are being followed : starting the meeting on time, documenting relevant notes and driving action items in Maintains appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Reading, researching, and routing team correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
Provide analytical support and project management for a variety of organizational initiatives
A Bachelor’s degree and at least 10+ years of relevant experience. MBA a plus.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent relationship building, communication skills and negotiation skills.
Self-starter attitude and track record with seamlessly executing quickly on complex projects with minimal guidance.
Detail oriented with an ability to think strategically and make recommendations.
Working knowledge of conducting meetings using proper parliamentary procedures
