Job Description

  • Maintains the company’s good reputation in the field.
  • Conducting trade checks and store orientations for the Warranty Specialists and sellers alike.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Opening other retailers and dealer networks for fast expansion of the business
  • Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Warranty Specialists
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years as a successful sales representative or sales coordinator, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Has experience in managing direct reports
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Excellent communication skills and basic Microsoft office
  • High integrity and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be located in NCR South Luzon (Paranaque, Alabang, Muntinlupa)
