Position Overview

Responsible in Billing and Invoicing of the company in Philippines.

You are responsible for

  • To ensure all the billing and invoicing of banking customers in Philippines.
  • To ensure all the information is correct in invoices in line with contract and what we have delivered.
  • To ensure verification and readiness of the supporting documents with invoices, getting them printed / approved / signed before we submit them to customers.
  • Responsible for monitoring of resolution if there is any error or dispute related to invoices.
  • To ensure invoices are delivered to customers punctually and acknowledgements are signed and returned by customers. Sometimes may require physical visit as well.
  • To be able to handle work related problems independently and only refer complex problems to superior.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when required.
  • May need to visit customer locations in case physical bill submissions are required or disputes to be discussed with customers.
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Admin & Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Billing and Invoicing.
  • Strong command of English with proficiency in any additional local language.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate confidently and effectively with customers and other Sales Support resources.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple activity requests simultaneously while still meeting and exceeding set KPIs and key metrics.
  • Knowledge of the local markets, vendors, and the regulatory environment.
  • Collaborative mindset that enables consistent development and teaming.
