OnlineFactory.asia is looking for Japanese speaking CSR. Positions open for both Filipino bilingual applicants and native Japanese .
It is an inbound voice account for an International famous fashion e-commerce client.
Join our team as Japanese CSR :
Main task is to answer call, email & chat of the customers’ queries of an International famous fashion e-commerce client.
Solve tricky and hard cases by collaborating with the team members
Being proactive in providing feedback for product & service improvement
Maintaining the integrity and ensure to be compliant with the processes
What we are looking for :
Candidate must have good command of English Language.
Fluent in Japanese (N2 or if not a certificate holder, N2 level)
Preferably someone who has experience working as a Customer Support representative for at least 3 months in a BPO company
Candidate should be amenable to work on-site (located in San Andres Bukid Manila close to PNR San Andres station)
Experience in using Zendesk is a plus but is not required.
