Description

Develops ATE manufacturing test solutions for Mixed-Signal ASICs.

Completes test release and product transfer to manufacturing in the shortest time possible.

Gather and analyze test data to improve, simplify, and optimize test solutions.

Executes capacity improvement initiatives such as multi-site / tester platform conversion

Collaborates with Product Engineering / Operations in resolving potential manufacturing issues.

Interfaces with Marketing, BU stakeholders, Manufacturing & Product Eng on a global scale

Participate in cross functional teams.

Ability to work in an environment where quality, cost and delivery is of utmost importance

Qualifications

BS or MS EE or ECE degree or at least 10 years of equivalent / related work

With strong analytical and communication skills

Adept with mixed-signal test methodology

Working ATE knowledge (operation & debug tools) preferably on Teradyne MicroFlex / Advantest T2000

Knowledge in Teradyne IG-XL, VB, C, Visual C++ programming languages

Familiarity with ATE architecture and / or hardware design is a distinct advantage.
