    Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support over IM, email, and phone to a variety of users
  • Provides troubleshooting documentation for 1st and 2nd level support teams to assist them with resolving customer issues with Kronos WFC.
  • Prioritizing numerous issues of varying severity, and effectively managing the resolution of all issues.
  • Coordinating workload with other members of the technical team (through use of ticketing / tracking system)
  • Uses professional knowledge and independent judgment in making decisions or recommending a course of action when Kronos issues surface
  • Mentors other professionals in the team for use of tools, techniques, and analysis skills.
  • Guiding customer in determining information and data requirements for change requests
  • Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relationships in dealing with others so that productivity and positive relations are maximized
  • Partner with site infrastructure to assist with the setup of new Kronos WFC time clocks
  • Apply project methodology and governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle and regression testing
  • Contribute to end to end processes and understand system integrations
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, IT or any business related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Kronos experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined HR / IT experience
  • Hands on experience Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) 8 or 8.1
  • Proven ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience and willingness to teach / mentor others
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation of complex technical information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Very strong analytical skills to work with large amounts of data and can see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions
