Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy / Finance or related course
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience related to Accounting
  • With experience in Taxation and Bookkeeping
  • Analytic and a problem solver
  • Can work well in a fast paced environment with deadlines
  • With good interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office and any accounting software
  • Duties :

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns and ensures accurately and timely filling and remittance to the BIR
  • Coordinates with the local governments agencies and compliance with the requirements needed monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Prepares payroll and government agencies remittances such as SSS,PHIC and HDMF
  • Prepares local statutory reports to SEC, PEZA, and BOI
  • Prepares monthly back reconciliation
  • Posting of accounting entries
  • Prepares monthly balance sheet, income statement and schedules
  • Prepares tax report
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned
