Offit Kurman, a full-service AmLaw 200 firm focused on serving the private client market, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join the Metropark office.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of sophisticated Commercial Litigation experience including commercial contract disputes, real estate litigation, lender-focused financial services litigation including creditor representations in bankruptcy cases, construction and leasing matters, breach of fiduciary duty cases, trade secrets, and other general litigation matters.

New York and New Jersey licenses required.
