Job Description :

  • Lead the entire ShopeePay Scan to Pay Key Accounts Management team
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with key accounts’ decision makers or representatives
  • Know the details and drivers of assigned merchants and responsible for the merchant’s growth and performance on ShopeePay
  • Manage merchant campaigns, promoting payment vouchers, and ensuring marketing support
  • Understand data points to provide insights to brands regarding payment performance
  • Assist in troubleshooting merchant problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
  • Provide in-depth insight on assigned merchants to Business Development team / Team lead to execute overall strategies in line with team goals
  • Manage Key Accounts teams to ensure performance growth and upselling
  • Deliver against key performance metrics to ensure growth
  • Requirements :

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • With minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in key account management
  • Have marketing and sales experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills
