Assist processors with questions and problems related day to day transaction processing
Assist the Team Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular processing team within Manila Delivery Center

Escalates production issues to Team Lead as appropriate.

Bachelor’s degree holder
N1 to N2 JLPT linguistic competence level
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English languages
Minimum of 3 years of work experience using Japanese Language
Must have at least 1 year of experience in Supervisory / Team Lead role
