Monitoring Support Engineer
The Monitoring Support Engineer is responsible for providing fleetwide, first level technical support for SunPower’s Commercial Direct Solar Power Systems via telephone and internet support channels.
The Systems O&M Engineers also manage the data input, maintenance, organization and validation of system data and performance data in SunPower’s Monitoring Systems and other software systems.
Engineers perform routine data flow continuity on the monitoring set-up and programming and assist Projects personnel and Field Service Technicians by providing remote support to their field efforts.
Systems O&M Engineers provides Level 1 monitoring and diagnostic support on the solar power systems and are responsible for tracking customer contractual reporting obligations.
