The ESG Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for driving production, enhancing content quality, managing a team of analysts and supporting the team in achieving its business goals.
The ESG Operations Manager will also be supporting other team members in driving the transformation agenda for the business. Scope of Responsibility
Drive production responsibilities for the team; manage task allocations and scheduling.
Manage a team based in Manila and handle recruitment and selection of new staff
Support onboarding, training and L&D activities for the team
Manage resource availability for production and product support processes; estimate resource requirement for key projects and initiatives
Enhance content quality through institution of process controls, increasing system-based checks and implementing leading QA practices for data and content.
Track and report key performance metrics for the department and the team
Identify opportunities for improving efficiencies in the content generation process.
Work with other teams within MSCI in support of planned product enhancements and expansions
Participate and shape discussions on scaling up operations, process changes, business priorities and client expectations
Undertake projects that aim to improve the team's workflow and QA processes and ensure that these are executed in line with the team's Change Management Processes
Undertake performance reviews and regular appraisals to ensure that each team member works towards clearly defined and accepted personal goals Specific Knowledge / Skills
Sound knowledge about equities or financial markets in general

A minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in a high-quality process andproduction -driven environment, with at least 3-4 years- experience in leading ateam.
Effectiveness in working with cross-functional and multi-national teams. Desired Qualifications
