Job Description

The Conduent brand is a core asset of our business, requiring strategic activation and deployment throughout the corporation.

The Brand Office translates the essence of the Conduent brand into actions to ensure consistent brand implementation and growth in brand value.

This design position will help provide design and production support for various applications including, business presentation, sales collateral, infographics digital and social media, digital demo design etc.

The role will be pivotal in ensuring brand design consistency and support for the global business. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, good relationship building skills, design and production skills, and knowledge of brand management.

Essential Functions

  • Support Corporate Brand Development and Design by assisting with the design and development of various marketing, general business material, social and web marketing.
  • Assist in brand activation through consulting on application of the brand across a variety of branded communications with internal and external audiences.
  • Develop creative work against strategic intent and brand identity principles from various content producers and work with teams to improve brand application and overall marketing presentation.
  • Support the brand review and guidance process for all media across the global firm, focusing on brand consultations, responsiveness and proactive training.
  • Consult on creative briefs and in-progress creative development for branded communications.
  • Assists with and help maintain the brand web site and management of brand assets.
  • Manage strategic design projects as required.
  • Responsibilities

  • Creates externally facing collateral and content such as sell sheets, info graphics, trade show materials, etc.
  • Produces compelling layouts and templates within brand guidelines and ensures all finished products obtain a BR# from the Brand Review process.
  • Serves as a Brand Ambassador at Company participating in any necessary council meetings and / or webcasts and contributes ideas and actions that unify the brand throughout the organization.
  • Maintains a library of all final materials developed for easy access when needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Strongsoftware capabilities and experience using :
  • Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Some HTML and CSS skill (optional)
  • Excellent written, editing and proof reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly effective coordination and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to apply creative and strategic thinking to various types of brand and design.
  • Experience in corporate brand presentation delivery and activation across multiple media.
  • Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • A deep respect for collaboration and partnership is a must.

  • Strong consulting skills with enthusiastic, optimistic approach with an aptitude for negotiation. Must demonstrate strong social skills and the ability to win others over to ideas without coercion.
  • Ability to produce creative results independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate brand effectiveness and needs, providing feedback to the brand management team regarding challenges in executing the current identity system and suggestions for improvements.
  • The ability to work rapidly in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Results oriented individual with strong work ethic and passion for excellence.
  • Experience working in global environment with international requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in graphic design for print and digital applications.
  • Candidates must be amenable to work in night shift.
