Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
  • Actively listens to customers to understand their concerns and issues
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Graduates, Short Course / Vocational, College Graduates / Undergraduates
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Knowledge of relevant software compute applications and equipment
  • Demonstrated efficiency in typing and grammar
  • With or without call center experience
