Job description

The candidate will be in charge of :

  • Analyzing together with Product Engineer hold lots for SBL / SYL at different testing level.
  • Making the appropriate risk analysis before releasing hold lots.
  • Attending the daily MRB meeting and cooperate with Operation / WFO / GOBM / PE / Diffusion Fab Teams to find the best strategy to contain the risk of hold material and to avoid delinquency.
  • Managing hold lots in the MRB / Quality Alert tools.
  • Analyzing yield data and review PAT-SBL-SYL criteria periodically together with Operation and Product Engineer.
  • The candidate needs to be :

  • able to get the main quality SOP to be used as reference guideline in the management of material while involving other organization (GOBM / WFO).
  • available to travel abroad for short time periods
  • available to work on shift and during weekends, if requested.
  • Profile

    The ideal candidate skills are :

  • Fluent English
  • Team working skills and ability to lead multifunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of Front End diffusion and Back End process steps.
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics.
  • A basic knowledge on tools linked to NC portal (MRB / Quarantine / Quality alert) is appreciated.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Work Experience
  • Flexibility and availability to travel
  • Availability to work on shift and during the weekends if requested.
