A. Organization Planning & Design
Reviews organization chart / s, and recommends changes in job positions, functions or reportorial relationships.
Creates job descriptions for new positions; revises existing job descriptions according to finalized changes.
Liaises with Dept Heads concerned on the new job descriptions and revisions necessary for existing job descriptions.
B. Internal Communications
Establishes internal communications strategies and designs internal communications plans suitable for the organization.
Creates the plan for implementing approved strategies seeing through the smooth implementation of programs.
Manages internal communications platforms, and ensures messages are consistent across all media and are successfully delivered to all employees.
Plans and contirbutes contents for a variety of internal communications media, such as newsletters, electronic bulletins, etc.
C. Organization Insightings / HR Metrics / Analytics
Designs and implements approved organization assessment strategies aligned with the company goals.
Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee and organization performance.
Initiates the conduct of organization studies, and makes recommendations on HR systems and programs, based on the result of the studies conducted.
Creates and / or sources for assessment tools such as surveys, and conducts regular FGD sessions to determine organization climate.
D. Succession Planning
Sees through the implementation of the TDSP Calendar, performing admin duties of coordination, monitoring and file maintenance.
Prepares summary; documentation of assessments and evaluation per TDSP phase : career discussion, IDP tracking.
Recommends improvements on TDSP strategies. Liaises with external vendors on TDSP program tools, e.g., on line assessments, discussion, talks.
E. Performance Management
Handles the end to end performance management process PageUp utilization for BU employees.
Conducts PMS orientation sessions / classes; Recommends improvements to the process and sees alignment with the system.
