We’re seeking a Solutions SupportAdministrator for End User Computing (EUC), based in our Muñoz, Quezon Cityoffice . In this role, as the Administrator, you will respond to work incidentsand requests regarding installation, configuration and / or maintenance ofclient hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases.

Yourwill perform new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair. You will alsoevaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support ofclient technologies on workstations and peripherals in APAC region.

  • Manage assigned incidents and requests according to EUC SLA’s, hardware and software break fix, installations and changes, new systems configurations, and deployments
  • Work on assigned initiatives to raise operational excellence, proactive problem-solving initiatives, software and hardware upgrades
  • Work on assigned tasks for ongoing projects, EUC initiatives for new technologies deployments, initiate process improvements to minimize waste and bring efficiencies
  • Liaise with peers, colleagues, internal customers to ensure collaboration and engagement in project implementations and day to day operational requirements
  • What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Information Technology (IT), or with years of relevant work experience
  • At least three (3) years of related IT experience providing end user support preferably within the large or multinational BPO industries
  • Previous experience in remote desktop support outside the Philippines
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally
  • Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges
  • A can-do attitude
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule

  • ITIL certification
  • Experience in a company with ITIL processes implemented
  • Experience supporting end user operating systems including MS Windows 10, MacOS and other end user operating systems, and management tools
  • Experience working with mobile devices that run in Android or iOS
  • Knowledge of device and software deployment
  • Knowledge of management tools including Active Directory, HyperV / VDI, Pulse, MS Office, Antivirus, Tanium, Audio Video, Avaya
