Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team in Manila office.
Management of Environmental and Social team and delivery of Environmental and Social studies including, but not limited to Environmental Impact Assessment and Resettlement Action Plan.
Develop internal process for undertaking Environmental Impact Assessment and Resettlement Action Plan
Responsible in managing projects from onset to completion
Identifies training needs of junior staff
Provides technical direction and reviews specialist input
Ensure operation in accordance with local Quality Assurance procedures.
Managing resources within defined budgets and Arup fee scales.
Contributing to the development of good practice within discipline through involvement with skills networks
Liaise with Project Managers, relevant Skills Network and 3rd Parties (i.e. Clients, Consultants and Contractors)
Liaison with relevant external parties to ensure understanding of the client’s needs and project requirements.
