You will lead the organizational and learningdevelopment projects, programs and initiatives for the development of theorganization’s culture and values, management of change, employee engagementand wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employeedevelopment related initiatives.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

Run leadership development programs thathelp supervisors and managers become effective in their roles and achievebusiness objectives.

Provide direction and leadership in thedevelopment and implementation of change management processes across the organization,in partnership with HR and Senior leaders.

Conductorganizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans andprograms

Coach,mentor, and support staff development and the achievement of PersonalDevelopment Plans.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Business Administration or Management
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant Leadership / Management experience,

    Minimum of 10 years work experience related to Organizational and Training Development

    Ability to manage a team effectively; measure progress, produce results that impact the business.

    OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an OD Manager or as an HRBP with an OD focus.

    Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organizational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve business results.

    Basic understanding of systems in use such as Oracle Learn

    Good knowledge of competency-based learning

    Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to identify and drive process improvement projects
  • Excellent communicator in writing, speaking, presenting
