to-end recruitment of global executive positions. This position is critical to the success of the organization, and high-

performers will have many opportunities to be promoted within the organization, or transfer within the company to different departments if they prefer.

The person will also be responsible for contributing to thoughts on and ideas on how the company can become a world-class recruiting organization.

The responsibilities therefore include : Conceptualize and contribute with thoughts on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying qualified candidates.

The Senior Executive Recruiter is highly encouraged to utilize creative methods that go beyond traditional sourcing channels in attracting qualified candidates Provides strategic thought leadership for organizational growth Source and endorse candidates to the clients Create marketing materials including job ads needed to attract talent to positions Verify candidate qualifications and assist the client with the candidate onboarding process Proactively suggest ideas and techniques that will improve the processes and success of the company What we can offer you Competitive salary package HMO for self + 2 dependents An opportunity to move out of the call center industry and work in a corporate office environment that will enable you to achieve new heights Rapid career advancement opportunities as the team are expanding at a rapid rate.
