MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :
We're looking for a UI Product Designer to deliver high quality product designs across Sprout Products.
You will be a key member of a small and highly influential product team, you'll be collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of product designers, product managers and engineers to deliver the best possible interfaces for our users.
Work closely with the product team to design the User Interface of multiple products.
Masterfully translate low-fidelity mockups, specs, wireframes and high-level user acceptance criteria into visually stunning and intuitive high-
fidelity mockups / comps and detailed designs for development.
Develop, communicate, and maintain UI standards, guidelines and requirements.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
Quickly produce appropriate assets needed by the development team.
Create high fidelity prototypes.
QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES :
At least 1 â€ yearâ€ â€ experienceâ€ â€ inâ€ â€ Product / UIâ€ â€ Designâ€ , includingâ€ â€ designingâ€ â€ forâ€ â€ webâ€ â€ andâ€ â€ mobile.â€ â€
Knowledgeable with User Interface design patterns and UCD methodologies.
Haveâ€ â€ anâ€ intermediate â€ levelâ€ â€ commandâ€ â€ ofâ€ â€ responsiveâ€ â€ Webâ€ â€ Designâ€ â€ andâ€ â€ standards.
Basic understanding of visual design fundamentals, color theory, contrast, typography and visual communication.
Comfortable in using design tools such as Figma (a must), Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiar with rapid prototyping & animation tools such as Invision, Origami Studio, Principle, Axure, Adobe XD, including Figma.
Must possess ruthless attention to detail and eye for aesthetics and have a sense for extraordinary, pixel-perfect design.
Passionate about understanding current and upcoming product and design UI trends.
Strongâ€ â€ portfolioâ€ â€ featuringâ€ â€ designâ€ â€ workâ€ â€ thatâ€ â€ showcasesâ€ â€ andâ€ â€ understandingâ€ â€ ofâ€ â€ responsiveâ€ â€ web design,â€ â€ interactionâ€ â€ design,â€ â€ informationâ€ â€ design,â€ and â€ visualâ€ â€ design skills.
Ability to follow design processes and constantly seek to improve workflows.
Ability to understand front-end codes is a plus, but not required.
Degree in Design preferred but not required.
