Job Summary


The IT Quality Analyst is responsible for all technical aspects of the client’s business requirements ensuring that all changes to the client project are tested documented.

  • Develop and document standardized process throughout the team’s activity
  • Provide input to the team for continuous process improvement
  • Develop test strategies that constantly test variations of client data to ensure proper messaging
  • Manage corrective action process when defects in the process are discovered.
  • Area of expertise (Skills)

    Primary duties and responsibilities

    Project Planning / Setup and Management

  • Document project business rules
  • Subject Matter Expert on projects assigned
  • Develop QA test scenarios that fully encompass the digital variable options of the project
  • Escalate related issues and risks
  • Manage the project schedule and tasks
  • Create and ensure compliance with procedures

  • Document QA processes and procedures.
  • Suggest and implement testing to enhance accuracy and efficiency of all related processes
  • Audit and verify all programming changes
  • Business Requirements & Technology support activities

  • Document business requirements using data flow diagrams
  • Support change management and version control
  • Work with development resources to ensure an accurate understanding of the work product to be produced
  • User Acceptance Test Coordinator

  • Document UAT Plan.
  • Development of test cases and test scripts.
  • Arrange for the participation of business units in the testing process when needed.
  • Ensure the adequate execution of the test plans and maintenance of test results.
  • Data Governance

  • Implement data governance framework where applicable.
  • Communication

  • Promotes active listening with team members and contribute appropriately to conversations.
  • Accurately prepares written business / technical correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.

  • Perform risk assessment on an ongoing basis and make recommendations as required.

    Education and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in a the related field.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with team as needed.
  • Understanding of relational database lifecycle
  • Analysis experience both in business processes and data
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong technical competence
  • Detail oriented with good time management abilities
