Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for EEO, anti-discrimination, harassment and environmental management.
  • Comply with company procedures, policies and practices and the conditions. Procedures, policies and practices are modified from time to time to suit the needs of our business and its clients.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable procedures, policies and practices.

  • To ensure a flexible and multi skilled workplace, you may be required to perform other tasks and roles requested of you by your manager.
  • Additional training will be provided when necessary to equip you with additional skills.

  • Reasonable overtime will be required from time to time to achieve the requirements of the role and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting team work, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of EDRMS / ECM process and underlying technology.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering effective presentations
  • An open, fair, positive can do’ attitude.
