We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our Western Union team.

Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking to you to be the first point of contact for our Quezon City office. You’ll support Western Union employees, vendors, and guests by performing administrative duties and providing excellent customer service.

You’ll welcome Western Union employees and guests and act as a company ambassador. This is an exciting role with excellent cross-company exposure and promotion potential, ideal for an ambitious and high-energy performer.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have :

Administrative experience and / or project support experience

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with other assistants and company personnel

Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects / tasks independently

Professionalism

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Knowledge to photoshop is an advantage
