Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Purchase to Pay Support Service to provide expertise to support defined F&A area, such as PTP and T&E.

In this roles you will build an universal incident management module that is easy to adopt Support business compliance according to SOX process and key control.

You will :

Handle inquires, by dispatching or resolve ticket according to work instructions

Secure Incident Management within ITIL Framework

Prioritize high severity or escalated tickets and follow up pending tickets

Complete service processes to the agreed service level

Monitor & analyse team’s performance

Promote the latest Robotic / Artificial and Analytical based Solution for Customers (Internal / External)

Analyse critical information and ensure it is secure

Support and implement internal project / initiatives

Assure Quality Control in key areas

To be successful in the role you must have :

Education : Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or any equivalent experience

Accounting & Reporting Skills

Financial Analysis Skills

Financial Model Knowledge

Adapting & Responding to Change

Persuading & Influencing

Presenting & Communicating Information
