Position Summary

1. Implement Paid media operation effectively / efficiently optimized by measuring / analyzing / improving performance of each advertising media, and maximize the inflow of potential customers.

2. Turn more visits into purchases by continuously improving customer experience on eStore based on analysis on how the inflow of customers actually turns into purchases.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Digital Media Operation Oversee activities to attract potential customers and increase their purchase by establishing strategies to increase the inflow and purchase rate, along with planning / operating campaigns using the paid digital media.

2. Advertisement Effect Analysis Lay out UI / UX enhancement strategies based on insights from analaysis on how dotcome customers wind up making a purchase(inflow-experience-purchase) and digital media's effect / efficiency.

3. Dotcome Experience Improvement Oversee strategies to improve customer purchase experience and activities including Search Engine Optimization(SEO), loading performance enhancement and UX optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters
  • Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
  • Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
  • Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • May direct and control the activities of a broad function in one or more functional areas
  • Has overall responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes and methods
  • Interacts internally and externally with executive-level management, requiring negotiation on extremely critical matters
  • Typically requires a minimum 16 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 14 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 11 years experience
