The team drives to redesign the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and seamless experience to our employees around the world.
Your Day Will Include
As a Benefits Analyst, you will be in charge of providing Level 1 HR support. You will be providing resolution on benefits inquiries and issues sent via email from Nasdaq employees in the US.
You will also be responsible for reporting requirements such as those that will be given to our provider / vendor in the US.
The Best-Suited Candidate
To be considered for this role, your skills will include :
At least 1 year of experience in providing benefits support and processing in a regional or global HR role, preferably in the US
Recent graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with great interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box
The initiative to learn and to be comfortable working with minimum supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work on some PH holidays based on business need
Willingness to work on mid shift (3pm-12mn) and night shift (9pm-6am), rotation is every 6 months
