Job Description

Job Summary
 

The HR Associate - Attraction will be assisting the HR Team in implementing HR programs by providing HR services including but not limited to records management, talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits, employee relations and retention, compliance, labor relations and completing personnel transactions. 

Duties and Responsibilities
• Support in handle the hiring and selection process by properly screening all potential candidates of
any available position.

  • Post vacancies through various sourcing channels
  • Screen, initial interview and online test to qualified candidates
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking system
  • Candidate Management. Communicate to candidates via email and phone
  • Coordinate the interview process by preparing schedules, contacts candidates to interview, prepares and distributes necessary materials, including questions, rating forms, and copy of application information and test results to the interview panel
  • Facilitate job offer process, background check, pre- employment physical exam and onboarding process
  • Coordinate new hire process
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding employment opportunities
  • Establish and maintain department filing system, employee personnel files and recruitment files
  • Monitor referral program
  • • Process improvement. Assist in updating existing recruitment policies and procedures
    • Monitor internship and purposive scholarship programs and collaborates with HR Central
    • Audit monthly new updates and memos
    • Help managers and supervisors improve their interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively
    with employees
    • Help in planning and implementing Attraction programs using various interventions


    Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Can juggle multiple tasks while still paying attention to details
  • Has good English written & oral communication skills
  • Has good IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
  • Has good time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Project-based position (six months)
  • Willing to be based in Taguig
  • Immediate hiring
