PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : (Include but not limited to : )

  • Assists in promotional tracking for various marketing programmes running in the Club and by the Developer.
  • Assists in utilising tools to report and analyse forecasting various aspects of inventory management, demand distribution of inventory, the impact of new and revised programs, channel mix and the financial impact of various alternatives.
  • Carry out other administrative functions as required
  • Provide periodical & adhoc reports, including month end and KPI reporting
  • Track and award additional award activity in support of Sales Incentives, competitions, etc for finance costing in support of great customer experiences
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
  • Provide support in creation and delivery of Owner and Marketing program campaigns including building emails, updating landing pages and legal approval.
  • Develop innovative programs and strategies through collaboration with business units in field.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with the Business Units
  • Contribute to development, implementation and driving business plans to support marketing strategy.
  • Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
  • Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.

  • Experience in business operations, preferably marketing department
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Strong decision making skills and the ability to work effectively with and influence clients, team members, management and external groups
  • Sound analysis, research evaluation and advisory skills, combined with creative problem solving skills and high level conceptual skills for developing successful solutions and making recommendations
  • High level time-management, communication, facilitation, consultation and negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with key staff al all levels
  • Preferred, familiarity with WorldMark South Pacific Club guidelines and business processes
  • Ability to work effectively across all departments
  • Must be highly motivated and pro-active
  • A strong eye for detail and accuracy with a good concept of the overall bigger scope
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace environment, under pressure and cope with stressful circumstances
  • Experience in campaign management building emails, updating landing pages etc
