JOB SUMMARY :
To work together with Sales Manager as per country strategy and Water Industry Business Strategy so as to achieve the strategic figures in the planned budget as well as in the midterm plan of Strategy 2022.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. To develop general business of pumps in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao region.
2. Segment to be handled is Water industry.3. Achieve set target of pumps including KPI of Water industy- pumps
4. Maintain and increase dealer / agent / distribution and OEM network
5. GI Business strategy to be monitored every month with clear measure and action plan for projects follow-up action.
6. Conduct product presentation / training to clients, dealers as well OEM as and when require.
7. Responsible for internal staff training on product knowledge / application for pumps as and when necessary.
8. To liaise with P & A and manufacturing units within the group to improve communication and obtain full support in working out offers / quotations with the best possible dates for all project tenders.
9. To provide updated project forecast lists during the management meeting or as and when require.
10. Also responsible for sales marketing for industries under his care.
11. Make proper agreements with all existing agents / dealers and define the territory / customers
12. Prepare MIS for General business including monthly report and forecast.
Candidates must have their own vehicle (car or motorcycle) as the role entails 40-50% field work.
