1. Design Development

  • Clarify instructional problems and objectives, identify learner’s existing knowledge, skills and the learning environment by creating KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Attitude) Matrix, Learning Needs Analysis, Learning Profile, and timelines, among others.
  • Document instructional, visual and technical design strategies, design user interface and user experience, create prototype, apply visual design and conduct pilot launch.
  • Create storyboards and graphics, develop or integrate technologies for e-learning modules.
  • Deliver the training by developing procedures for learners such as training on new tools (software and hardware) and facilitators such as course curriculum, learning outcomes, method of delivery and testing procedures.
  • Evaluate and monitor design.

  • Conduct Evaluation through final and formative assessments such as but not limited to modifying learning activities and getting qualitative feedback.
  • Do research, develop recommendations, present creative / technical inputs and implement continues improvement processes to help the Learning & Development Manager in designing / redesigning modules / systems for the Technical Operations Training, and other behavioral / corporate training programs.
  • Assist the OD and Learning Design Manager in supporting other departments in the roll-out of new and enhanced policies and procedures through holding of learning sessions, holding big events , team-
  • building and other activities meant to reach out, communicate and win the support of our workforce.

  • Conduct the overall evaluation of the design and implementation of new / revised learning programs.
  • Initiate revisions or updates of new / revised learning programs based on evaluation and feedback given by guest or Program owners and Section Head.
  • 2. Project Management

  • Oversee the schedule of all design projects such as but not limited to consolidating and updating of timeline, recommending revisions and posting of updated calendar.
  • Manage the development of learning materials. Ensure all approved materials are archived and updated.
  • Consistently coordinate with external vendor resources for instructional design project.
  • Oversee work of external vendors and ensure quality and timely accomplishment of outsources program materials.
  • 3. Systems

  • Implement and monitor compliance of Learning & Development Team Training systems and Program Guidelines for the Design Section
  • Implement and continuously improve by recommending, creating and / or revising policies on the delivery of key systems which shall include but not limited to department KMS implementation.
  • Assist in the development of training innovations that may be adapted as an acceptable restaurant standard practice.
  • Generates standard and custom reports / program statistics, reviews and analyzes and creates action plans for section handled.
