Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for the analysis and rationalization of existing and future compensation and benefits, process improvement and design, project management, and systems and HR technology management.

The position will also lead the operations of the Retention and Systems team. This includes ensuring timely and accurate implementation of payroll, administration of benefits and salary, compliance and adherence to labor standards, and gathering and consolidating reports that would serve as guide to management in decision making.

The position is also responsible for ensuring adherence to data privacy and integrity for the whole HR department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources specifically payroll, total rewards, HR systems, and data analytics
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in any related course, preferably with background in Finance
