The HR Manager is responsible for the analysis and rationalization of existing and future compensation and benefits, process improvement and design, project management, and systems and HR technology management.
The position will also lead the operations of the Retention and Systems team. This includes ensuring timely and accurate implementation of payroll, administration of benefits and salary, compliance and adherence to labor standards, and gathering and consolidating reports that would serve as guide to management in decision making.
The position is also responsible for ensuring adherence to data privacy and integrity for the whole HR department.
