  • Prepares and updates Competency-Based Learning Materials, Institutional Assessment Tools, Training Plans, Monitoring Tools and Maintenance Plan;
  • Conducts Competency-Based Training and Institutional Assessment;
  • Participates in the implementation and attainment of school’s Mission, Vision and Goals;
  • Participates in meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and in-service training;
  • Conducts surveys / researches related to Technical-Vocational Education and Training;
  • Prepares / submits / keeps required reports;
  • Requests supplies, materials and equipment necessary for training / instruction;
  • Implements 5S in theclassroom / laboratory;
  • Prepares and implements maintenance plan for tools, equipment and facilitates under his / her care;
  • Maintains good relationship among teachers, other personnel, students / trainees and stakeholders;
  • Participates in co-curricular and community activities; and,
  • Does related work. JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Bachelor’s Degree Experience : 2 years of relevant experience Training : 8 hours of relevant training National Certificate II (NCII) Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Must be computer literate preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of oral and written communication
  • Holder of National Certificate (Automotive Servicing NC I & II / Bartending NC II / BPP NC II / Carpentry NC II / Driving NC II / Housekeeping NC II / Masonry NC II / Plumbing NC II / SMAW NC I & II / Dressmaking NC II / Tailoring NC II) CORE COMPETENCIES :

  • Conduct TNA All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than July 13, 2018 :
  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Service Records;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2017 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
  • Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards / rewards received;
  • Proof of evidences in the form of office order, certification / certificates for the following stff development interventions :
  • Reassignment
  • Coaching / Mentoring
  • Industry immersion
  • Cross-posting
  • Membership in Ad Hoc bodies
  • List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details :
  • Superior / Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client / Stakeholder;
  • Accomplishments / Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC. Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-
