A Communications and Engagement Specialist will support the team in the delivery of a range of internal communication initiatives and engagement campaigns to help improve our people’s awareness, understanding, and engagement with the organization.

Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies / plans focused on communications management, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

  • Creates, manages, and executes communication and employee engagement strategies and tactics in support of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologies.
  • Counsels and collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders, to execute strategies / plans that meet business needs.
  • Develops effective messaging strategies to support the needs of the business in conjunction with internal and / or external resources.
  • Demonstrates and applies knowledge of communication and engagement measurement against objectives and deliverables.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, required
