A Communications and Engagement Specialist will support the team in the delivery of a range of internal communication initiatives and engagement campaigns to help improve our people’s awareness, understanding, and engagement with the organization.
Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies / plans focused on communications management, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
Creates, manages, and executes communication and employee engagement strategies and tactics in support of business objectives.
Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologies.
Counsels and collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders, to execute strategies / plans that meet business needs.
Develops effective messaging strategies to support the needs of the business in conjunction with internal and / or external resources.
Demonstrates and applies knowledge of communication and engagement measurement against objectives and deliverables.
Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, required
