iOPEX Technologies is currently hiring for TECHNICAL TRAINER to start ASAP!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Creates guides & session plans for learning sessions / classes
  • Creates & Collects & Documents all materials needed for training delivery
  • Creates, Produces & Collects & Documents, Data & all other resources &information and all materials needed to support training design
  • Facilitates all aspects of a multi-week transmission & blended type new hire
  • training & nesting
  • Facilitates all aspects of floor-training & up-skill Training for the project
  • Is skilled to handle phone-calls & transactions for the project for purposes of role-modeling & demos etc.
  • Supervises & coaches learners in nesting & up- skill type environments
  • Can facilitate multi-hour product, behavioral or tool change type learning experiences
  • Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft & technical skills training on all aspects of client training;
  • To prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs / performance standards.
  • Responsible to utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended / scenario / transmission / self-paced learning environment.
  • Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision during Nesting / Transition to Production
  • Support Nesting / Transition to Production by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed.
  • Responsible for self-skilling & certification during non-training status (NTS)
  • Develop non-classroom communication and training materials for e.g. job aids etc.
  • Coordinate New Hire, Vitality & Up-skill Training activity
  • Assess participant and class performance in Foundation Training, PST, and Nesting
  • Participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent in a call center setup
  • Can work independently with Minimal supervision
  • Can work under strict deadlines and handle work specific pressure
  • Was able to facilitate / delivers training programs in a blended / scenario / transmission / self-paced learning environment.
  • Was able to conduct Coaching & Feedback sessions
  • Able to monitor & evaluates trainee’s / learner’s performance by administering pre-designed / mandatory assessments & generating reports to support learner evaluation for e.
  • g. Daily Chronicle, iXL etc.

  • Experience in supervising trainees from a behavior, attendance standpoint while in Foundation Training, PST, and Nesting
