RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Create and maintain home loan calculators
  • Gather, interpret, and utilize complex data to develop regular reports
  • Build and maintain Excel / VBA based resource planning tool
  • Automate the data processing aspects of the tool including the consolidation of the various contributing data collection spreadsheets into a centralized database
  • Automate the integration of external data sources into the main spreadsheet from other Excel spreadsheets or SQL database sources.
  • Design Excel spreadsheet-based reports from the main spreadsheet accessible through macro button controls.
  • Work directly with the operations team to ensure the proper implementation
  • Maintain and enhance IT platform / software programs, conduct testing and research on different IT platform / software programs if required
  • General IT support and other tasks or duties as assigned
  • Maintains operations by following company guidelines, policies, and procedures, and reporting needed changes
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and related.
  • Expert level Excel skills (Conditional Formatting, Data Validation Rules, Table Manipulation, Named Ranges, Creating / Modifying connections to external data sources, Workbook / Worksheet / Cell Data Protection)
  • Expert level Excel Macros and VBA skills (Ability to create complex forms / functions / subroutines, Experience using constants and visibility modifiers, Programmatic manipulation of objects / tables / data connections / formulas)
  • Advanced SQL skills (SharePoint Development Experience Data Modeling, Database Design / Development)
  • Data analysis with complex Excel, VBA, and SQL coding
  • Experience with database systems such as SQL, Oracle, and Access, etc.
  • Experience of Python programming is highly preferred
  • Communication Skills and the ability to effectively communicate via the phone as well as verbally and in writing.
  • Accurate and Efficient Data Entry abilities.
  • Great Attention to Detail.
  • Time management. Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Adhering and understanding Service Levels.
  • Self Motivated. Able to work independently and professionally in a highly disciplined manner.
  • Ability to work as a team.
