Responsibilities
Understand and solve for our customers business problems by recommending 8x8 products and services through solution selling- Manage their sales pipeline and utilize available resources to be able to meet and exceed their assigned revenue targets and other management objectives- Work with their leadership and other internal partners to support the company’s overall objectives- Positively contribute to company culture by helping create a Customer First, Product First, and People First environment
Key Qualifications : - Minimum of 2 years B2B customer-focused solutions-based sales experience- Minimum of 2 years exposure in selling uCaas, cCaas, or other SaaS services- Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships- Exposure to sales pipeline management and forecasting- Self-motivated, no sense of entitlement, and able to survive and thrive in a fast paced results-driven sales environment- Basic Salesforce experience is a plus- Agreeable to work on-site in an office after the quarantine or when the conditions allow- Agreeable to work nights to support US based customers
