• Highly creative in identifying target audiences

• Devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills

• Willing to work in Makati

• Willing to process heavy volume paperwork

• With great attention to detail

Job Description :

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies

• Creates attractive point-of-sale displays

• Responsible for helping to meet company goals by creating an aesthetically pleasing shopping environment through the display and placement of merchandise.

• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts

• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately

• Maintain store shelves and inventory

• Build constructive customer relationships

• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices

• Able to supervise clerks and manage department properly.
