Responsibilities :

Network and application troubleshooting gather logs and troubleshoot hardware and

software issues (DHCP, Firewall, NAT, Port Forwarding, Managed Switches)

Identifying and diagnosing issues remotely (via phone, email, helpdesk, etc.)

Document support process and suggested solutions

Manage and setup clients’ PBX system

Understand client’s needs and resolve issues

Update accounts’ services and charges

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of technical support experience

Advanced phone skills

Creative and analytical thinker and problem solver

Customer service oriented and the ability to maintain a positive attitude

Ability to learn quickly

Disciplined and motivated

Punctual and responsible is a must

VoIP experience is a plus

Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills

Interpersonal / people skills and excellent listening skills

Good computer skills and tech-savvy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Relevant experience is a plus
