Customer Support Officer
Role Qualifications :
Ensure that all processes conducted are documented in a standard format and that this is maintained in an accessible fashionEnsure training and knowledge is up to date.
This includes but is not limited to mainframe applications and call routing documentationProvide personalized and quality service to meet the expectations of internal and external customersUnderstand customer needs and goals and actively look for ways to meet themFollow agreed upon scripting to ensure customer intention is understoodAbility to answer multiple lines, and accurately direct callers to minimize wait time.
Route calls to appropriate end location as per procedures in a timely fashion.
Role Requirements :
Problem Solving skillsExcellent customer service focusStrong spoken and written EnglishKeen to detailsAdaptable to change in a high changing environmentAt least 1-2 years in a similar roleAmenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and PH holidaysAmenable to work in Cebu Business Park, Ayala, Cebu City
