Familiarization and navigation of both Fixed and Mobile tools and accounts
Review and validate escalations from alarms operators / spotters in a timely manner
Escalate events needing interference from applicable authorities (police, fire, guards, etc.) per client protocols
Communicate with applicable authorities (sales, property owners, security personnel, police) through e-mail
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business Management preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written communications); and able to write incident reports.
Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North American clients.
Ability to manage multiple escalations with varying levels of criticalities.
High capacity to prioritize escalations per assigned classifications.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required)
Can work during weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules including the night shift.
Amenable to work at Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
Full-time positions are available.
