Key Responsibilities :

  • Familiarization and navigation of both Fixed and Mobile tools and accounts
  • Review and validate escalations from alarms operators / spotters in a timely manner
  • Escalate events needing interference from applicable authorities (police, fire, guards, etc.) per client protocols
  • Communicate with applicable authorities (sales, property owners, security personnel, police) through e-mail
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business Management preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written communications); and able to write incident reports.
  • Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North American clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple escalations with varying levels of criticalities.
  • High capacity to prioritize escalations per assigned classifications.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required)
  • Can work during weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules including the night shift.
  • Amenable to work at Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
  • Full-time positions are available.
