Job Description :
Senior Business Development Managers close deals with potential clients by promoting what Callbox can offer to the betterment of their business processes.
They interact and negotiate with them and make the best adjustments to proposed packages to suit client demands, nailing a guaranteed Closed Won!
Experience of at least three (3) years as a Business Development Manager for a company in a related field.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communications skills.
Amenable to work in an office-based setup.
Sales / Marketing experience is a plus but not required!
Hit or exceed a set sales monthly quota and a fixed revenue per lead target.
Present the company and its services to all leads assigned by the Marketing and the Inside Sales groups.
Nurture these leads and attempt to turn them into customers
Generate new leads via cold marketing and by creating a unique network of relationships by leverage existing networks to secure ongoing introductions and referrals.
Record all sales activities in the Pipeline CRM and all other tools provided.
Update client information in the company contact database in the Pipeline CRM.
Report a monthly forecast.
Provide feedback and recommendation to management to improve Callbox’ reputation, competitive advantage, and product specifics
Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing reach.
Reports and takes on tasks as directed by your uplines, and CEO.
