    •Completed at least 2 years in college preferably computer related courses

    •Previous customer center experience and troubleshooting

    •Excellent English communication skills

    •Strong familiarity with computer related terminologies, internet and MS Office applications

    •Receive customer concerns over the phone / email / chat
