Job Title : Solution Architect

Introduction :

  • Toshiba is looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong relationship and negotiation skills for Retail Solutions Pre-sales in the Philippines.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Be the in-region expert for the retail solutions portfolio for TGCS including both commercial and technical details
  • Train and support Toshiba direct sales teams and Toshiba Channel Partners including value proposition, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, pricing, and technical specifications
  • Be accountable for sales planning for the region including producing a monthly rolling plan for prioritized focus end customers for Toshiba direct sales teams and Toshiba Channel Partners
  • Support Toshiba direct sales teams and Toshiba Channel Partners in the sales process by attending customer meetings, preparing sales materials, and delivering customer presentations as appropriate
  • Identify, qualify, and enable new business partners focused on solution selling
  • Identify and support the creation of relevant in-region marketing materials to support Toshiba direct sales teams and Toshiba Channel Partners in the sales process
  • Required Skills :

  • At least 10 years’ experience of successfully Defining, Developing Business, and Selling Retail Solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of general Retail Technologies
  • Experience in Pre-Sales and Solution Design : elaborate and present Use Cases & Customer Journeys
  • Proven experience of managing SOW, RFP and RFI responses
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills with demonstrable presentation skills
  • Proven self-starter with experience of working as a remote team member
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred Skills :

  • At least 5 years’ experience with Point-of-Sale solutions Technology focused degreeMaster’s degree
