In addition to managing your team, you will be working closely with clients, stakeholders, and your team to meet the growing needs of the business.
Your portfolio can contain various projects from client implementations, site builds, and strategic company initiatives .
Your achievements are gauged not on hours worked but on the success or failure of projects.
Manages a team of project managers, ensuring that the project teams are effective in delivering timely and cost-effective results
Organizes daily activities based on the goals of the organization, providing consistent documented communication to internal and external stakeholders
Implements new programs, evaluates and assesses projects and program strengths and opportunities
Monitors project(s) progress and oversees project managers to ensure goals are met
Develop project plans utilizing standardized documentation templates such as WBS, formal agendas, and action item trackers, managing the documentation and completion through the project lifecycle
Engage key stakeholders and project sponsors from discovery to project closeout, prioritizing and managing scope, cost, and timelines
Validate the workflows and processes of incoming opportunities
Act as a communication champion, managing expectations and competing agendas of various stakeholders and project priorities
Provide stakeholders and project teams with guidance and process improvements throughout the project cycle, troubleshooting when process and operational discrepancies arise.
Provides internal and external partners with process improvement
Manage a team of project managers and delegate tasks and projects work accordingly
Conduct weekly 1 : 1s with project managers to give feedback to grow and develop their skill sets
Manage client relationships and expectations through the project life cycle
Conducts project closure processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business project management experience
5+ years of experience in project management or program management
2+ years of managing a project team
2+ years in operations and / or account management, working directly with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Intermediate knowledge in Google Suites and Smartsheet
Self-start willing to support their team and respective portfolios
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant BPO experience
PMP, Agile. Lean Six Sigma experience and / or certifications
International vendor management experience
Experience building new sites or launching new geos
IT implementation experience or technical project work.
Knowledge of email ticketing and cloud-based systems (, 8x8, Aircall, Five9, Salesforce, Zendesk)
