Work with Team Lead within transfer of projects to migrate HR processes and HR know-how from customer countries to shared service center.
Execute and run backend processes around employee onboarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, job profile administration, etc.
Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
Assists business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
Coordinate and foster the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
2 years working within HR Shared Service Center
Specific knowledge around SAP HCM and ideally also SuccessFactors Employee Central, Oracle, Workday
Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas
Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and can do mentality, while also able to uphold governance on SOPs and data compliance
Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude
Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress
Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
Strong written and communication skills in English language
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, especially proficiency in Excel
