The Logistics Specialist is part of the Technical Implementation Specialists team and will report to the Asia Remote Fulfillment Manager.

The role fulfills the following :

  • Manage implementation and logistics related activities, documentation, processes, communication, reporting and contracts.
  • Manage global Purchase Order, including creation, monitoring and reporting to make sure operation is within budget and payments are made properly.
  • Provide support for resource planning, dispatching, reviewing and reporting to maximize the utilization of technical resources and support SLA requirements.
  • Provide Implementation and Logistics related documentation and translation support to clients and internal teams.
  • Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Create and manage logistics policy for regional vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain regional Capex / Opex and associated updates / distributions.
  • Assist Supplier Managers and Technical Delivery Managers with issues related to logistics and technical resources.
  • Assist Supplier Managers with PO raising / monitoring / closing / reporting and rejecting incorrect items.
  • Manage direct relationship with vendors, vendor policy and contract scope where applicable.
  • Ensure system data accuracy is maintained, and facilitate investigations and revisions as required.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to regional vendor logistics processes
  • Creation and distribution of ad-hoc and monthly logistics reports to regional and global partners.
  • Liaise with Global Product Support, product managers and Development on global and regional product releases and deployments.
  • Align Technical Requests for IMAC and SR with team resources to maximise utilisation and timely dispatching of technical resources to support SLA requirements.
  • Regularly review and report usage and satisfaction on technical resources to support optimization of service model and controlling cost.
  • Provide Implementation and Logistics related documentation and translation support to clients and internal teams.
  • Critical Skills

  • Working experience in Logistics management.
  • Good experience in handling technical resources across multiple countries.
  • Familiar with Procurement system, SAP, HP Asset Manager.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Korean, Thai, Indonesian or other language skills are preferred.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree in related fields of Business Administration or Languages.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics management or business administration.
