  • Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Oversee order fulfilment processes and customer service operations
  • Maintain, improve, and coordinate with the Sales Team
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop and maintain service procedures, policies and standards
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Developing strategies and setting targetsSecondary Duties :
  • Provide input for management in the development and administration of customer service initiatives.
  • Working with Marketing, IT and Finance helps with new client setup, and in the client onboarding process.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Coordinate with Client Integration Support team to identify re-occurring issues.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the related field required.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player. Organized and able to multi-task
