Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Oversee order fulfilment processes and customer service operations
Maintain, improve, and coordinate with the Sales Team
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Develop and maintain service procedures, policies and standards
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Developing strategies and setting targetsSecondary Duties :
Provide input for management in the development and administration of customer service initiatives.
Working with Marketing, IT and Finance helps with new client setup, and in the client onboarding process.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Coordinate with Client Integration Support team to identify re-occurring issues.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the related field required.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
