  • Capable of working in a matrix environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Maintain CBRE and vendor employees HR lists
  • Maintain all background screening documents for CBRE and vendor employees in SharePoint
  • Energy reporting?Working with site and country teams to collate data ?Draft & analysis of utility spend by site / country ?
  • Reporting of energy savings initiatives ?Analyze data against industry / previous data, as well as impact of CBRE energy initiatives ?

    Sourcing Compliance ?Vendor on boarding support ?Vendor approvals (by client)

  • Sourcing Support & Analytics ? Monthly sourcing reporting metrics ?Vendor count ?Vendor spend ?Collate and track savings data
  • Maintain all compliance document for CBRE and vendor employees in SharePoint
  • Team Schedule administer process with team and track adherence, share information with HR as required
  • Coordinate regional and global monthly and quarterly management information reports, account Town Hall;
  • Maintain internal audit calendar
  • Provide a proactive administrative support service to the CBRE Senior Management Team
  • Create and update records and databases with personal and other data
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the CBRE Leadership Team
  • Ad-hoc reporting as requested by the Account
  • Maintains positive relationships with CBRE team, CBRE Central team and Client to ensure high level of satisfaction
  • Key point of contact for global team
  • Build and maintain relationships with Global Operations team key contacts Communications :
  • Establish when supplier communication necessary (e.g. organizational changes), draft and issue
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal and external presentations
  • Draft / issue new starter announcements People
  • Culture carrier and promotes best practice
  • Demonstrates adherence the company RISE values Other
  • Updating SharePoint as and when required
  • Constantly improve quality, service and efficiency.
